Job of the nine hitter is to get on base and we like to help with that concept. -

The only thing i can think of is that there is a organizational mindset that they are trying to formulate. That the results of this season are gravy. Keep things simple and get the work in and see what happens. The young guys are getting experience and they can see what they have next year. There really is no justification for some of the things we have seen. -

Anderson is now giving away at bats. How does a team just fall apart so easily. -

Amazing what a guy just pounding the strike zone can do. He can go 5 and not throw 50 pitches. Our "starter" will have at least 50 through 3. -

A 2-8 finish and easy out in the playoffs could cost RR his job -

I know the White Sox score late a lot but it seems that they have not been scoring early much. -

Pathetic inning. Team gives away way too many at bats. -

I think we are seeing the Sox are just too young. Veteran free agents outside of Dallas are not producing and young guys are slumping. You can send this one to Cooperstown. -

It does if you ae looking to avoid the Yankees in round one. -
He also doesn't walk a lot because he doesn't swing and miss. He puts the ball in play and uses he whole field.

I wonder if the White Sox held Tatis in higher regard when the Shields medicals bullshit went down if there would not have been a greater uproar/case made to MLB to reverse that trade. -
White Sox to participate in 2020 Arizona Instructional League

Would be great if these were televised. I wonder if Marquee will cover the cubs. -
If Reds still have playoff hopes they could be a tougher opponent than the Cubs especially with their rotation.

That's why they are not in the team photo but part of the conversation.
-
As do I.....if Burger can rise like Phoenix so can Alec
-
Lambert and Bernie Flores as well.
-
Lopez is waving as he has put himself back in the team photo this week......they need to take a flyer on Rodon in some capacity and then as we really squint Alec Hanson and the high schoolers can explode. I have no issue with grabbing Bauer or Quintana either.
-
I think I just read/understood it wrong then.
-
Not trying to bash him but he should have been ramped up to that already and should be maintaining until next spring
-
Still and odd player move.....we still have Yermin though.
-
Why is he just now building up to bullpen sessions?
-
Stone has become fantastic this season.

Q traded to Cubs/Jimenez, Cease ++ to Sox
Harry Chappas replied to Sleepy Harold's topic in Pale Hose Talk
Q is a great security blanket and is what we need. The health seems to be coming back to our staff at the right time should Rodan see the field in the next couple of weeks and will make next spring interesting as hell as all of sudden Lopez may be an option. We have some cost controlled pieces. -
AND THAT'S A WHITE SOX PLAYOFF CLINCHING WINNER!!!
Harry Chappas replied to southsider2k5's topic in Pale Hose Talk
So ended 5-5 against the Twins, not too shabby. Robert and Yoan need to get right though for this team to do anything. That being said great job by the pitching this week. Big day for Edwin and I wonder if Mazara is left off playoff roster.
