  1. This team is unwatchable. Losing is fine but the stupidity and lack of attempting to execute is what makes this whole thing a mess right now.
  2. The White Sox we be allowed to use sabermetics to better field a team as opposed to what we see with the catching position and left field with Viciedo.
  3. Our ace beat some schlep yipee you can not win if you can't hit and the Sox cannot hit.

I like GOT but sometimes I think I need subtitles and I am lost a good amount of the time.
  5. 3 overtimes no free throws, thought the home team got the calls in playoffs
  6. NBA officiating is more entertaining than the actual game.
  7. QUOTE (lostfan @ Apr 26, 2013 -> 03:03 PM) Angelo did a pretty respectable job (IMO) until Lovie got involved in the process. That was 2007 and not coincidentally 2007 was the worst draft of Angelo's career. But it was largely Angelo who drafted the Super Bowl defense, found Hester, etc. and hard as it might be to visualize now, at one point the Bears had a decent OL. This is not pointed out enough. Angelo went from a very good draft guy to a guy that drafted very specific talent people, as soon as Lovie got his big deal.
  8. QUOTE (chw42 @ Apr 20, 2013 -> 05:17 PM) There was no reason to pinch run Greene unless you planned to run with him. He only went on the last pitch of Alexei's PA. SMH. Neither the manager or bench coach seem to have great in game managing skill.
  9. Reed will get hit around here and Perkins will get the save. Man this offense sucks.
  10. I want three seeing eye singles for the win.
  11. Pen is not going to be perfect every day. Adam Dunn is an embarrassment once again. He really should at least try and bunt against that shift.
  12. QUOTE (buhbuhburrrrlz @ Apr 15, 2013 -> 03:36 PM) No idea if NY Post reporting is accurate "Authorities ID'd a suspect in marathon bombings - he is being guarded in Boston hospital" I read this and was not quite sure how to react. So a potential suicide bomber did not blow himself up entirely and now we will try and put him back together again. I hope he is at the end of the triage line.
  13. QUOTE (bigruss22 @ Apr 15, 2013 -> 02:31 PM) A marathon would be my last idea if a target. Just terrible to hear. Patriots Day Celebration.
  14. QUOTE (CaliSoxFanViaSWside @ Apr 13, 2013 -> 04:36 PM) Side sessions not to ML hitters. sounds like a good plan
  15. Robin having a rough go of it early on.
  16. Wow Masterson threw 113 pitches Here comes the seeing eye single to end the game
  17. QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 12, 2013 -> 07:44 PM) Awful by Viciedo...shocking. Nice call playing him Ventura. Ventura is having a terrible season thus far and the line-up can generate no offense at all, same year, same story, new GM.
  18. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Apr 12, 2013 -> 01:49 PM) I don't need to know him. He didn't say anything until Quentin started walking towards him. Observing a fact. He hit Quentin, happens to Quentin all of the time, he has hit him previously and he doesn't hit many guys. After he hits him, he should pay no attention to Quentin. When he hits the guy and then mouths off, Quentin went after him. As opposed to what Jack McDowell did, hit the guy, stand there waiting for he ball or if you did it on purpose turn and grab the rosin bag. If the guy charges and tackles you from behind he looks like the p****.
  19. QUOTE (IlliniKrush @ Apr 12, 2013 -> 12:37 PM) He only "mouthed off" (we don't even know what he said, but it was really brief) because Quentin stared at him and started walking towards the mound. Prompts a "wtf are you doing" reaction from Greinke, because again, it's ridiculous to think that was intentional. He has hit 25 batters since 2005 and three of them have been Quentin what is so ridiculous about thinking they have a history and it was intentional. Looks to me that without a doubt he was trying to come well up and in on him. The status of the game against a horses*** padres team means nothing. Grienke tried to defend Kemp, got to up and in and paid the price. Grienke wasn't backing down and was more than willing to go after Quentin. You hit a guy, let him say f*** you and be on your way. You hit a guy mouth back after hitting him twice previously and now there is a story.
  20. Ventura has no clue on how to handle a pitching staff.
  21. AJ's OBP was no great shakes. The White Sox take the power in their park over OBP we need to live with that. Where do they rank as team in OPS that is the issue.
  22. Gavin Floyd is just too damn painful to watch. 7 K's in 5.1 innings of work. The guy is just a mental f***. Desmond and Espinosa are killing them.
