  5. I am looking for a higher quality Obama pic with a Sox hat or jacket on. I can't find one with enough clariuty when I print it to a 8 x 10. I need one for my classroom. A US History class should have a pic of the Prez. I just need the "right" one

  8. QUOTE (BigSqwert @ Dec 7, 2009 -> 11:28 AM) I didn't know you and Kap were brothers. lostfan is a brother, Kap can't jump BTW, one of SS best concerns was having a few million new patients jumping into the system. I heard yesterday on NPR that some of these proposals will be phased in over the next three years. Seems like a smart decision.

Generic advice from someone who has started, run, closed, and sold a couple businesses. The cheapest thing in the world, in the long run, is paying an attorney and accountant what seems like lots of money. Sadly, you will never know how much aggravation, time, and treasure you save by getting professionals involved at the start.
  10. when will we run out of things to do here?

Any help you can give would be appreciated. Not that I'm lazy, but could you post the contact info for the bank and the WalMart?

  16. QUOTE (T R U @ Dec 6, 2009 -> 05:54 AM) by 10?? Dude, if Nebraska had anything resembling an offense they would have slaughtered Texas last night.. I fully expect Alabama to rout Texas The Longhorn defense gave up no touchdowns last night, and nine of the points allowed came off turnovers, and a couple of those were tipped passes. Nebraska had three first downs, or was it only two? For a rout, Alabama will have to score and I'm not certain is they can post more than 21 or 24 points. I'd feel good if I was the Tide, but I wouldn't be thinking rout. Plus, four weeks off, levels things a bit. Texas reminds me of the Sox a few years back, reeling and staggering into the playoffs.
  17. Here is where Adidas really f***ed up. Jordan was going to bring attention to the entire program, thus to the other hundred athletes happily wearing their shoes. Everyone should expect Jordan to wear his dad's shoes. It would have been no big deal and I doubt anyone would have considered it a slap to Adidas.
  18. QUOTE (Pants Rowland @ Dec 4, 2009 -> 10:45 AM) My all-time holliday favorite is probably It's a Wonderful Life with honorable mention to A Christmas Story nice lesson in Wonderful Life, when life deals you lemons, get drunk and try to kill yourself
  19. QUOTE (NorthSideSox72 @ Dec 4, 2009 -> 09:53 AM) When I think of the Blues, the north suburbs just don't quite spring to mind. Most of the ones I know are in the city. Actually, all of them are. But its possible there are some up there I guess. Same here. I am hesitant to send him into the city by himself. He does fine in Austin and San Antonio, even better twenty five miles from any roads. Any place easy to get to with easy parking?

  22. If someone looked at the letter and said Najbar!? That's the b**** that is protesting the war. Watch what I do! Then write the check and fire whomever did that. But, if it was Najbar!? I thought you said Neighbor! Shazamm, I told you the wrong person. Than please accept our deepest appologies for the mistake and go away.
  23. My son will be visiting his egg donor later this month and was interested in a jazz club and a blues club to visit. He's 21, so I assume any bar would be available. Anything up in the suburbs? He's going to be up in Mundelein.
  24. QUOTE (southsider2k5 @ Dec 3, 2009 -> 09:57 AM) [Remembers his rotten student days and smiles] before I forget, the only class I was ever kicked out of was 8th grade social studies, the same class I am teaching. Karma is a b****
