The mother f***er was caught red handed cheating and he got the same sentence at Belle; what the f*** does the race card have to do with it? My sister's baby (due in August) will be biracial. If that kid ever gets in trouble getting caught red-handed doing something, admits to screwing up and then tries that crap (the race card), I swear that kid won't sit for a month - my sister won't take that crap. We were raised to believe that if you do the crime, you do the time.

Myself and the rest of the engineers were told the same thing (no impending layoffs) by the company I used to work for...my boss was laid off 2 weeks later (it's been 7 months and he still hasn't found work) and the rest of us were given notice of being laid off two months after that. I, luckily, landed a job before being laid off. In other words, don't be so quick to believe management that there won't be layoffs.

Sad thing is there will be plenty of people eating up his excuse.

This team drives me up a f***ing wall!!! They kick ass in the regular season and then stink it up in the playoffs. I am amazed that they got to the conference finals, but I think NJ will finish them off in the next few minutes (about 12 mins left in the 3rd tied 1-1). In any sense (and probably the last time this season) GO SENS!!!!

Honestly the "after 3" rule is bulls***. They tell you that.. but if you write a check on the funds - as long as you don't try to cash it at that bank - they will honor it. Likewise if you have been a customer with the bank for any length of time they cut you some slack. I don't quite understand your question about the car payment check. You wrote them 2, they cashed both, then made you wait for your money back..? If that's the case, then you should have b****ed up a storm and they should have given you your $$ back immediately (If they are the lien holder anyway). No. I wrote one check. They cashed it twice. It's a small bank and I know the Manager and just about all the tellers personally. I'd really prefer to leave, but I've got a good deal going there. No fees, no ATM fees at other banks, etc. I had the exact samething happen at National City Bank (name publish to punish the assholes) with a debit. It was a 10 day appeal process! F National City Bank!! About 8 months ago someone decided to deposit a $5000 check into my account (or use it to cash a $5000 check - never found out the truth because the bank conveniently "deleted" those records - who knows maybe someone is laundering money and got stupid). Well, I called right away and they said not to worry about it lalalalalala. Well the assmunches froze my account for someone else's mistake and bounced a check of mine. I tried explaining it the #$^@ at the storage facility where the check bounced but she wouldn't listen so I paid for it with my ATM card the same day she got the check back and of course the payment went through without a problem, it would have been better if that stupid cow didn't hold my check for 5 days before depositing it - had the bank not screwed up, it wouldn't have mattered when she deposited thought. I got the fees back and a letter from the bank (on their letterhead from one of the higher ups) stating it was their error and that I had enough in my account to cover the check. The f***ed up thing is that this bounced check will go on my credit report irregardless of the fact it was their error and not mine - :fyou TCF and :fyou to the idiot that caused the error .

I think whitesoxfan has a really good point and something I didn't think about til it was mentioned - his catcher was traded. Alot of pitchers get used to a particular catcher and it is difficult to work it out. Over all Mark hasn't been as great as we expected, but before today he wasn't as bad as his record indicated. I willing to give him a break as long as he gets it together in the next 2-3 starts. If he doesn't, well, :fyou him.

Why has Rios not been in many games lately? I have to admite that I haven't been watching the games as closely as usual (getting things packed up for the "Great Addition/Remodel"), but I don't recall seeing in many games, but he was fairly decent in the ones he did play in...

I am cheering for the Sens, but knowing that they choke at some point in the playoffs on a regular basis, I don't see them getting passed Brodeau (however the f*** you spell that goalie's name!!!) One question about the ESPN announcers? Why were they whining and crying to have a Canadian team in the finals and now that the Sens are the last chance for that to happen, they want them to lose to the Devils. I don't think the announcers could have been any more biased for the Devils unless they get on their knees and give each Devil a BJ. When I am watching the Sens games, I have to turn the sound down because I can't tolerate those imbociles. I am not asking them to kiss Sens ass or anything, but don't be so obviously biased, it gets really nausiating really quick. GO SENS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree HSC. While I think Thomas is far from the only one getting screwed by the umps, I think the Sox need a real batting coach and things might change for us offensively. Until then, we are going to be stuck with the same crap we are seeing now.

Why couldn't he f***ing do it with men on?!
