Great, proving Burr can’t handle the 8th yet again… -

Bummer always has that happen to him…it’s uncanny. Can’t afford to give up any more. Might not score all series. -
Yes, I know. But, in the last four years, he’s had a broken wrist, missed two+ months for back problems, the severe shoulder separations dating back to 2016/17 (that will eventually be operated on) and tested positive for Covid. The way he runs the bases and plays SS…eventually he might end up being moved to CF/RF or 2B. That said, Acuna has suffered a similar fate injury-wise, just like Bellinger for much of his early career.

He’s actually saying that his being criticized for doing a poor job from the studio for away games is hot garbage… -
Tatis shouldn’t be #1 with his elevated injury risk.

Trevor Bauer receives 2 YEAR suspension from MLB

https://www.yahoo.com/news/bauer-appears-court-over-womans-204131074.html They haven't been listing skull fracture in any of the recent articles coming out highlighting her injuries...why has the reporting seemingly shifted in tone slightly? -
Rocket City Trash Pandas (Huntsville)…speaking of “Guardians” of the Galaxy, of course Rocket is also the nickname there

With the move, the team announced in February 2019 that it would seek ideas for a new name to be introduced at the same time.[11]The new owners cited their inability to widely market the Intimidator name due its association with Earnhardt, and trademark rights held by his estate. On October 23, 2019, the team unveiled its new identity as the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers. Team leadership looked for a name that reflected both the city's heritage and its association with auto racing. "Cannons" was among the most popular suggestions, which was refined into "Cannon Ballers" for a broader appeal. The mascot — a baseball-headed stuntman — has a mustache reminiscent of Earnhardt's.[12][13] A public vote was held to determine the mascot's name, with "Boomer Baller" announced as the winner on January 15, 2020.[14] There’s another Kannapolis connection wikipedia hasn’t picked up on….they were the towel sponsor for a lot of the SALLY League teams in the 1990’s. The Cannon Mills Company was an American textile manufacturing company based in Kannapolis, North Carolina, that mainly produced towels and bed sheets. Founded in 1887 by James William Cannon, by 1914 the company was the largest towel and sheets manufacturer in the world.[1] Cannon remained family-owned until 1982 when it was sold to Fieldcrest, becoming "Fieldcrest-Cannon". The recently formed company was sold to Pillowtex Corporation in 1997, which went into bankruptcy in July 2003. The remaining Cannon brands were then purchased by the Iconix Brand Group.[2] Wikipedia.com

If Moncada, Jimenez or even Kopech were with the Yankees, they'd all be Top 25-30. About as ridiculous as comparing Robert and Trent Grisham.

Paging Don Cooper…

Well, that and the diminishing returns in their thirties for players who primary asset is speed and defensive versatility.

Ice Road and especially Gunpowder Milkshake are watchable. The latest Statham is just okay. Infinite is borderline terrible, about where most reviews for Snake Eyes: GI Joe Origins are landing Midsommar…that movie will really freak some out, picked it up on the watch list to take in totally a different genre of Florence Pugh performance. Fear Street flicks are surprisingly pretty good.

The other problem is Eternals will never get a China box office date because of Chloe Zhao’s comments from about a decade ago…it’s pretty much like she doesn’t exist here, except for the under 35 generation that most appreciates foreign/indie films. Shang-Chi is non-starter despite making it as “non-racist/culturally-insensitive” as a corporate entity possibly can.

Oklahoma and Texas to the SEC would be pretty crazy…can understand why A&M wants to protect their home turf. Both those programs have surrendered t.v. rights through 2025. Obviously athletes in higher profile SEC programs stand to make a bigger pie of the endorsement pie.

That’s what happens when you’re not noted for your control by umpires…the anti-Grandal. -

Third was also a failure, think they might have tried the corners, too. A lot like Viciedo, in that sense. -

And there’s some who want Kopech if he could go at least 4+ innings…
