A- until they dominate the Yankees...Cole is pitching today, do we face him? What grade should the Indians/Francona get? Greg will give Tito Francona A+ baby!

How are the White Sox leading the AL in runs per game?
Answer: TLR, TLR, TLR!!! and more aggressive base running (sends by 3B coach, except for Vaughn vs. Arraez), Billy Hamilton, clutch hitting and more emphasis on walks and contact.

Or Robert/Jimenez K’s subtracted as well...homers too missing from those guys, so quite naturally down with Leury, Vaughn (ton of doubles), Madrigal, etc.

Fathom will eventually be #1 due to his game thread posting and one liners. Honorary staff member, then?

Joc Pederson now up to .250...left for dead way too early.

Or end up with a Jose Contreras run where he was the best pitcher in baseball from late 2005 through May, 2006. Talent, talent, talent...

See Rodon and Cease...and Gio sliding a bit the other direction. Anything is possible. Burger could be a AAA All-Star. Also, Harvey got beaten up by the Mets today...and Casey Mize faces Duffy of the 1.26 ERA with a nine game losing streak on the line for KC. Other Gray going for Rockies, too.

Don’t the Foodies/Food Guys/NotSteveCishek and Hector Gomez get a shout out, too? WSD/Barstool? WSI refugees taken in from the storm?

White Sox tied for 1st in Fangraphs Power Rankings
Technically, we’re outspending the Indians by a much higher multiple than 2.45/1.3....it’s 1.3 to 0.5.

Well, he’s a heckuva lot better than Logan Allen...looking like at least five scoreless.

Jonathan Gray of Colorado or even fixing Marquez? Luis Castillo is pitching like complete garbage but is a Top 5 Cy guy when on. Someone like that...Contreras potential unrealized. Going to cost more in prospect capital, though. Burger keeps plauping like this, though?

Where the heck do the Indians find all their pitching, by the way? Hentges is dealing so far against the Cubs through 4.

https://www.nbcsports.com/chicago/white-sox/white-sox-most-recent-trade-every-mlb-team Soria did pretty well for us, considering diminished expectations. Also, Kyle Davies on the Cubs would be another. Yankees probably won’t trade anyone with Sox even when Severino returns. Personally, would like to see first what, if anything, Katz can do with Reynaldo Lopez...what’s to lose? Seems there might be some cushion for experimenting with him out of the big league pen as well.

The Jarred Kelenic Appreciation Thread
Haniger just hit two homers off the Dodgers. Just don’t see why they wouldn’t trade him looking at all his missed time the last 2-3 seasons, age, and the fact that extending players for past production usually doesn’t end well for mid-market teams...look no further than Kyle Seager and his deal.

Sox Veteran Pitching Depth Targets
They will wait until at least early June for a move like this...and they’ll want a pitcher who will be under control for next year due to the uncertainty with Rodon and Lynn. Duffy is going to be a big name the Royals will try to max out a return on, not sure they trade him to a divisional rival without a surcharge, though. Sonny Gray of the Reds would be another.
