And Avi play CF, except when he's throwing out Madrigal at 3rd and possibly ending his season...
-
Abreu has more ugly looking huge RBI's than any Sox hitter since Crede/Uribe...
-
Lauer, Suter and Grimm are relatively pedestrian. Moncada looking bad there too...just feeling for it with that swing on the pitch down and away, WAY out in front of the change-up diving low and away outside of the zone, tailing away from the LHB. NASTY.
-
Three consecutive change-ups take down Robert. Have to figure out a way to make contact and get the runner over to 3rd with 1 out, Luis. This kid has really nice stuff. Narvaez looking like the better defender than Grandal this series...
-
Devin Williams sounds like an Illini shooting guard...
-
Marlins about to have the best record in baseball percentage-wise, 3-1. Lucas managed to lower his ERA on the young season all the way down to 5.17.
-
Giolito dialing up a 95 MPH all of a sudden. 99 pitches.

If you get shoulder subluxations often, you might need surgery to stabilize your shoulder. After surgery, it takes about four to six weeks for your shoulder to recover. Your arm will be in a sling most or all of this time. Athletes might not be able to fully participate in sports for a few months after their surgery. A shoulder subluxation refers to a partial dislocation of the shoulder joint. This occurs when the ball of the upper arm bone, called the humerus, partly comes out of the glenoid socket in the shoulder. In a complete dislocation, the humerus is knocked totally out of the socket.
-
Giolito down to 91-92. Nearing 90 pitches. Last 2-3 hitters here for Lucas. 94 followed by 81 mph changeup.
-
Well, the obvious positive is that it's not the RIGHT shoulder, but you just wonder if he's going to end up having season-ending surgery. Surely, we can have SOME good luck after 12 seasons without a single playoff appearance? Might as well add EE to the headline. Left game for Collins due to an injured right shoulder. Vaughn or stay with Collins? DH Mazara and start Engel in RF?
-
THIS SEEMS FAMILIAR. You don't get a break with this White Sox line-up. Well, except for the bottom two spots for now.
-
75 pitches. Six more outs until Josh Hader Time. Served a 98.3 MPH sinker out there to AVI. Nice piece of hitting, worked the count as well...
-
Hope Juan Soto doesn't get hurt dancing on top of the dugout...
-
Are they allowing full-out collisions at home again? Have seen a couple already this week. Guess the Posey Rule is suspended with him sitting out, lol.
-
No feel for it unless you throw it more than a handful of times per game. (See Cease, Dylan.)
-
Gamel's one of those pesky hitters who always seems to come up with the clutch hits. Oh, well. White Sox have had so many opportunities tonight, especially that inning where Madrigal/Robert should have been 1st and 2nd with the heart of the line-up coming up.
-
Morrison definitely looked to have a slow/slider speed at-bat. Nomar Mazara flashing the leather. Ranged a LONG way to RCF, Robert wasn't going to get there without diving all out for it.
-
Rosters are going to stay at 28 for entire season instead of ramping down to 26 in two more week's time.

Gore on the verge of coming up. McKay has debuted. Then Wright, Hiura, Jo Adell debuts tonight. Haseley got some at-bats last year as well. White Sox bad draft luck there in terms of positioning. Two stars right in front of our slot.
-
Great play by Hiura, who was always known most for his offensive game. Saved a run there, too.
-
Take a deep breath every time Luis Robert is diving headfirst into a base.
-
81/85 fastballs/change-ups last start. Robert is a WALKING machine. He passed Tim Anderson's rookie season total already.
-
White Sox just re-signed Alcides Escobar. (Hope that's not the headline tonight, seems he left the organization in less than ideal circumstances anyway.) Will be pretty shocked if they don't at least try to sign a veteran for the pennant race. It's not a development year. They'll go with Leury when Anderson is back, but they also need Leury as a back-up outfielder (not quite as much now with Mazara back, pushing Engel back into his nature role.)
-
Too risky with a previous TJ surgery and our revulsion for long-term pitching contracts. 3-4 years seems to be their comfort zone, 5 is REALLY pushing it.
-
Avi Garcia's throw from CF was at 91.8 MPH...no official word from White Sox clubhouse on Madrigal as of yet.
