  1. Just wait one more month and hope and pray no more injuries...and at least 3-5 contenders become increasingly interested.
  2. Relievers don't belong in the Top Ten of a Top Five MiLB system unless they're going to be the next Em. Clase. Oppor McDougal more upside. Wolkow eliminated by one bad month? Bergolla and Jeral Perez here maybe...slim pickings. Injuries have killed half of #10-20.
  3. Or the old bromide, adding by subtraction and bringing up Elko is just as good or better than expending trade capital.
  4. Vasil 1.04 and Shane Smith just off Top Ten in qualified ERA. Craziness. Especially with all of Smith's walks and hbp numbers. Has to get those down or he will be up into the 4s and 5s in no time.
  5. His older brother Nick and twin brother John played college baseball, although neither made it to the professional ranks. He is not related to either Buzz Capra or Nick Capra, who played in the 1970s and 1980s respectively.
  6. 6 or 7 career outings for Bauers. Only two earned runs in one of them surrendered.
  7. Bauers continues to be unscored upon in big leagues. Never practices it apparently.
  8. Jake Bauers in... run up the stats lol. Four pitches in the sixties. Breaking ball or just a really slow pitch lol.
  9. Capra had an 0/30 run going and Robert robs him lol. Father is Nick, pretty sure. Daz Cameron with obvious Sox connections as well.
  10. We don't even need Rojas lol. The funny thing is that Vargas is a carbon copy last year for SEA of what Miguel is providing now at third base on both sides of the ball. Rojas has to play SS now. Heck just put Sosa or Baldwin or Quero (off days from catching) or whoever at first. Doesn't really matter.
  11. White Sox -24 rs ra Guardians Blue Jays Orioles Athletics Angels Nats Marlins Pirates Rockies all behind them.
  12. Would have been three consecutive sweeps by the Brewers over 2023-25 if MIL had won today's game. 8-0 stretch...including 5-0 at GRate. White Sox suddenly looking to be trending in a positive direction if they can finally get rid of Vaughn.
  13. New SS 2B combo works... 18 ER against Burke in 21 innings in between two 6 inning shutouts. Works out for a decent 4.91 era overall.
  14. Robert and Vargas the heroes...along with Sean Burke. 4 DRS for Luis. Crazy game. Amaya to SS Sosa to first Vaughn mercifully lifted.
  15. Maybe the White Sox simply need to take things to the next level then and mimic the Savannah Bananas…that’s the only other way to draw crowds in that stadium other than sustainably-winning teams. GRate subjectively becomes even worse when you put THE VERY WORST possible teams on the field.
