Who would you pick to replace Grifol? Outside the box answers only.
That would probably result in his desired death on the diamond ... but does anyone really want that to be their final memory of him?

Pretty close to Little Big League there with the Twins. Jirschele or Leyland's son the correct answers here...at least someone under 45 or even 40. Or a player manager. Most likely for JR would probably be Montoyo. Another really fun one would be KW...but he would never agree to do it in a million years.

No player symbolizes Chris Getz Player Development like Lenyn Sosa
Isn't Leury like Top 3 all-time for JR eating a contract and the amount of money wasted?

4/21 Sox @ Phils
White Sox are going to pull the Twins right back into the AL Central race.

"It's going to take time"
Free agents still available. Brandon Belt, Jonathan Schoop (Mexico), Evan Longoria, Wil Myers, Tyler Naquin, Tommy La Stella, Alex Dickerson (Japan), Billy Hamilton (Mexico), Jackie Bradley, Jr (Long Island Ducks). Probably won't help get wins but could sell an extra 20 tickets or so.???

Chasing Records — 121 losses, modern MLB record
White Sox lose again, in rare company with historically bad start https://sports.yahoo.com/white-sox-lose-again-rare-204928700.html Bonus 1:39 minutes of Grifol video reflecting on the loss According to Stathead, the White Sox are now one of only 12 teams since 1901 to win three or fewer games in their first 21 contests, with a 3-18 record to start the campaign. In fact, this now marks the worst 21-game start in White Sox history according to the website. Only three teams have won fewer than three games in that stretch, with the 2003 Detroit Tigers starting at 2-19 and the 1988 Baltimore Orioles losing their first 21 games, according to Stathead. With only two runs scored on Sunday, the White Sox have plated 45 runs through 21 games, the worst offensive start in club history. Only six teams in the live ball era (since 1920) have scored 45 or fewer runs through 21 games, according to Stathead.

He's costing himself a LOT more than $500,000-1,000,000 in ticket revenues by holding onto that idiot...

4/21 Sox @ Phils
#5 this year, 10th next year (2025)...that last one is based on the assumption they're STILL the worst team in baseball through the remainder of this season, otherwise it could fall back even more

Demote Vaughn
He's hurt/oblique. And he already helped the Marlins to one more post season (than zero with Eder)...

11 1/2 games back already...Jesus.

It's over. Getz can take a deep breath...sigh of relief. Korey Lee being the guy based on the last two months of 2023 a shocker.

Dominguez warming.

Sheets for now...but he's falling off recently. DeJong would be the other choice.

-70 Losing every game by an average of 3.5 runs each time you go out there. 7 straight games with XB hits for Turner.

Sosa still sucks.

Still not as reasonable sounding and fact filled as the sports call in guy rant a year ago.

Taylor Swift basically announced in her new abum that her friends think living in the 1830s would have been so fun/cool...minus that vexing little slavery issue.

A lead off walk here? Harrelson would have a coronary.

Hat trick for Vaughn. Wheeler's closest run at a no hitter in his career. 2013 NYM vs Miami

It's going to be a split no hitter. That Sheets walk killed his pitch count. Need the DP.
