Glover and 2 minor leaguers for Schoeneweis. I just don't see how this improves us. Unless Scott is gonna be our 5th starter and he was demoted to BP because he struggled as a starter I believe.

Schoenweiss? I thought he had been struggling the past year or so. I don't see how he is an improvement over Glover in any way.

Probability is high this poster is not a KC or Kansas City Royals fan. The reason being Kansas City Royals fans were put on the endangered species list almost 15 years ago. They have increased in value since they are so rare and people have had a hard time distinguishing between genuine KC fans and bandwagonners who suddenly realized there is a baseball team in Kansas City this past April. Most likely this is a case of the latter because real KC fans have been in the woodwork too long to risk showing themselves on a White Sox board in July when their team clings to a 4 game lead in the division. I saw a real KC fan once I think, but I was drunk so I'm not sure...

Remember Kansas City? We haven't faced them in a while but last time we were here they took three. They have matured but the Sox have awakened. Wow Suppan had a rough year in KC last year. Also his numbers and the fact he is in Pittsburgh just eerily remind me of one Toad Ritchie. Still he would be a proven starter in our 5 spot which is all we can really ask for without giving up good prospects.

I do remember Hawk noting Bartolo threw his first breaking ball in the 4th inning. The fewer of those he throws the better I say. He really only needs his arsenal of moving fastballs and a changeup to keep hitters honest. No need for him to risk hanging a weak breaking ball. I do like Bartolo mixing it up a little. There's no reason to attack every single righty and lefty the same way and do it 3 or 4 times a game. Major league hitters will adjust.

Randa and Ibanez both. Especially Randa, why? Because he always bats about .100 points higher than his season average against us and usually robs us of at least 1 double per game down at 3B. Also once I was telling some Flub Fan about how Randa smiled while we were watching on TV. At that moment, Randa struck out and he was walking to the dugout, you see the big-ass joker grin. Tinker tinker. Give the rookies a break. For every 2001 Albert Pujols there's at least ten 2003 Joe Credes. He needs to learn some plate discipline because we have already seen he has above average power and a great glove for a 3rd baseman. Olivo has made the White Sox the team with the highest percentage of runners thrown out in the league. Alomar ain't throwin anyone out that's for sure. He missed his year in AAA because we were short at the catcher spot but I don't think it will seriously hurt him in the long run. Besides who else do you want catching everyday?

Colon pitched all those CGs early in the season and he experienced a dead arm period for a while after. I don't think there's any need to pitch him in the 9th inning of a 9-1 ballgame.

Games like that can just BREAK a team. Like imagine if we had lost that game in Toronto a couple days ago... Whew glad I'm not a Twins fan.

How would you run our playoff rotation in a 5 game series? I wouldn't mind seeing Colon out there for game 1 because he has the experience factor. Buehrle followed by Loaiza? That would be my pick although it depends on what kind of lineup we are matched up against.

Wow Aaron Rowand hits a 2 run HR he is 3-4 today. Man it's a shame there's not a spot for him to play every day.
