God f***ing damnit. The game started off so great with the leadoffs HRs from Markakis and De Aza. Then Jeter got that RBI double and it was the most amazing and classy double you will ever see in your life, and doubles will never be the same after this season. Then he has that error and everything was looking awesome and hilarious again. I was so excited to see him have a 3 error game and be awful. Then enter the 9th inning, Girardi decides not to pull Jeter on defense to get his 20-minute standing ovation. Robertson then blows the game, allows Jeter to bat again. First batter gets a hit, is bunted over to 2nd, and Jeter delivers a basehit to RF and the throw is terrible and the game ends on a walk off. f***ing makes me sick. I hope he plays in Boston and his career ends on a strikeout or a DP. I hate Derek Jeter so much. Good riddance.

The League had another Raffi/Dirty Randy episode tonight, and it was hilarious.

Today was a good day for us, draft pick wise. We moved in to the 9th pick tonight. We are now just 1.5 GB of the Cubs for the 8th pick 0.5 games ahead of the Phillies for the 10th pick 1 game ahead of the Reds for the 11th pick If the Padres win tonight, we will be 4 games ahead of the Marlins for a protected pick, which means we've got a 99.9999% of getting a protected pick, which at this point is really the only important thing. I'd obviously love to have the 8th pick vs. the 10th pick, but considering I am going to both Friday and Saturday's game, it will be hard for me to root against the Sox in both of those games, especially Paulie's game Saturday.

How many of you who say Sale is chicken-s*** and lame for saying he wasn't trying to hit V-Mart would be cool with him having to miss opening day next season over this? Sale had to deny it. If this was a week ago, fine, let him get pushed back a couple days on his start, no big deal. But if he gets suspended now, he loses his opening day start, and that's a big deal. I bet he was told as much before the media came in after the game as well.

Just like we all figured, or at least me, the next "event" that Utopia held was absolutely flooded with people who wanted to be on TV. They had about 80+ people show up. And I am sure they will get more the next time they decide to do it was well. Also, Taylor is so god damn dumb I almost feel sorry for him.

Felix has to throw about 19 shutout innings in his final start to beat Sale's ERA. So even though Sale will lose the Cy Young award because of his DL stint, he will at least win the ERA title and probably finish top 5 in voting.
