  1. http://www.milb.com/scoreboard/index.jsp?c...mp;ymd=20150723 Fulmer pitching two innings for Winston-Salem.
  2. I'll be happy if they trade Samardzija, Alexei, and Quintana. The first two just to get something, and Q because they heard something they couldn't say No to.
  3. 8th pick by a percentage point. Marlins won, so 3.5 games behind the 2nd pick. Hopefully a 2-6 road trip coming.
  4. Anyone else notice the pitch Molina hit, Robertson tilted his head to the left? Maybe subliminally tipped what was coming on the next pitch. Before he threw it, I was wondering why he did it. Sure enough, outside part of the plate, and Molina may have seen that too.
  5. I think I'd be proud of the Sox if they gave up on Avi right now. But we know they'll go down with the ship over the next few years, just like with Viciedo.
  6. QUOTE (Chilihead90 @ Jul 22, 2015 -> 11:56 AM) #9 pick. 1.5 GB of the #8 pick. 11.5 GB of the #1 pick. http://espn.go.com/mlb/standings/_/sort/wi...c/group/overall I'm thinking the Phillies are a safe pick for #1 next year. 4.5 GB of the Marlins for #2.
  7. Ten days from riiiight....NOW!
  8. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jul 19, 2015 -> 09:36 PM) When is the last time that happened? White Sox/Angels 6/16/1995 Padres 4/4/06
  9. Angels and Padres have rained out games today. Drought is over!
  10. http://www.milb.com/scoreboard/index.jsp?c...mp;ymd=20150719 Spencer Adams up to W-S and will start today.
  11. Sale will win and go at least 8. KC has the division in the bag. They'll take their split and move on.
  12. Perhaps I'm wrong, but I think Gillaspie had the least trade value among Bonifacio and Beckham. Not that either one of those guys will bring back much, but 12 days from now, teams may find some value with Beckham and Bonifacio on their benches that Gillaspie doesn't have. But they all could be gone by Aug 1.
  13. 6 Saladino starts while Gillaspie sat said it all.
  14. Fulmer's first AZL Angels Top of the 1st Chad Hinshaw strikes out swinging. Jahmai Jones singles on a ground ball to third baseman Felix Mercedes. With Brandon Bayardi batting, Carson Fulmer picks off Jahmai Jones at 1st on throw to Cody Daily. Brandon Bayardi flies out to left fielder Jake Fincher. Jacob May on rehab assignment.
  15. QUOTE (raBBit @ Jul 18, 2015 -> 03:06 PM) Yes, let's judge people's entire lives off of their demeanor and expressions on the baseball field. I hear them talk too. I don't like them. Deal with it. Or don't.
  16. He handles himself very professionally in the batters box. Very in control.
  17. Bad storms out to the north and west.
  18. LaRoche strikes me as a guy that just wants a comfortable landing spot for his family, and nothing more. Good teammate, not a dick, but absolutely no passion for the game. Kinda like another Adam that was here.
  19. QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Jul 18, 2015 -> 10:56 AM) Easy. Will never forget that roster. Me too. I know the other 13 that played for that team too.
  20. Can you still easily name the 05 Playoff Roster? Try to think of it on your own, and then confirm with this quiz... http://www.sporcle.com/games/POTEAT/2005ChiSox
  21. The Saladino Train keeps rolling. Some stuff will go down before the Sox and Cardinals play again. https://twitter.com/ESPNChiSox/status/622425938266038272
  22. QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Jul 18, 2015 -> 10:00 AM) Perfect Weather to be sitting in your seat for an extra hour There's a pregame ceremony, so either go or don't.
  23. If you're going, the Sox are telling you to be in your seat by 12:25.
  24. Quintana vs Guthrie A huge game if you think the Sox are still in it. They passed the Indians and Rangers in the wildcard race last night, and now have the 10th best AL record. http://espn.go.com/mlb/standings/_/view/wi...rd/group/league Damn trade deadline is too early. It really pisses me off.
