Cease has such a low floor and a sky high ceiling. You just gotta let him figure his command out. His fastball isn't as hittable as last year, so he should hang in more often when he has no slider or curveball control.

Cease has no control on his secondary pitches right now.

I had no problem with that send with 2 outs. Vaughn isn't the fastest but he's not Grandal slow.

Hitting him 2nd just clogs the bases if he gets on. The Brewers did hit him 2nd when they got to the NL WC game and that did happen to be one of his best seasons offensively, though.

It'd be nice to kick them while they're down.
