In Mock Draft 1.0 for Kiley McDaniel he has Sox taking Hagen Smith and said they’d likely take any of the 4 players who went ahead of him as well: Condon, Bazzana, Burns and Caglianone.

This isn’t true at all. He could convert to relief and his stuff would be incredible in that role if he can’t start

Nothing would surprise me but Chris Getz has spoken behind the scenes and publicly about changing their international strategy. I wouldn’t be surprised if they moved on. Either way, most players are already committed for 2025, 2026 and 2027. He has the same title as Jim Thome

I think you're hearing what you want to hear.

He's a good producer. That's the best radio show in the city and that's not really fair criticism. You can "not like it" but Matt Spiegel has talked baseball in Chicago for like two decades and Danny Parkins is one of the best radio hosts in the country. I don't think Shane should've went after Schriffen publicly because the hosts can handle it on air however. The Sox already don't let many of their employees go on because they're short-sighted and run their business like Larry's Corner Hardware Store. I will say though, 670 talks way more Sox than 1000 does and has better guests doing so. This isn't true. Everyone was rooting for Connor. Schriffen came on the station though and both parties were very courteous. Nobody wants John Schriffen to be bad at this. He just is. He's doing what Reinsdorf wants ultimately though. Hiring a guy who should be Slamball to do baseball every day in market 3 is pretty embarrassing though. Sports radio is still pretty popular here.

The trade is fine. Holy cow. Corey Julks is outfield depth for a bad team and Luis Rodriguez is nothing. Just pretend it was cash instead. Everything is okay.

I‘m not sure there’s a team in baseball that could’ve or would’ve paid the prospect price for 4 years of Luis Robert. 2.5-3 could be different though

The Score is pretty broad though. They have numerous hosts with different thoughts. Most of those hosts were pretty tight with Benetti too. It's not just because of that though. The Sox let one of the best broadcasters in the country leave and they hired Schriffen because they finally found someone to take the job. I think John can be good. It hasn't been a great start though; starting with appearances on Bulls and Hawks broadcasts trying to get fans excited about a team that will be bunting and playing the game the right way. Barf.

The enthusiasm will be cool if they're ever good again but the haters part is super lame. If you're an adult human and using the term "haters", you should probably re-evaluate your life.
