Long work week, noticed the Sox were already playing, grabbed a drink, sat down on the couch, was ready to put the game, then saw Jake Diekman sucks a fat you know what and has already made a win impossible. So much for having a little fun watching White Sox baseball. f*** Rich Hahn and the rest of these clowns.

Been a couple hours since the last post, so figured this was worth bumping.

Diekman now sporting a solid 12.27 ERA. Too bad this was a bad April Fool’s joke and not reality.

Here’s hoping that happens and obviously because Lenyn forces the issue. For whatever reason, it seems like Sosa is slept on way too much by the prospect community. To me, he screams 2 to 3 win 2B (despite not having a particularly loud tool), but perhaps I’m in the minority here.

100% agree. That Colas at-bat was one of the worst I have ever witnessed and I have no idea how the coaching staff didn’t put in his head to be incredibly selective early on the count. Just infuriating to them blow that opportunity in such pathetic fashion.

Colas chased three straight garbage pitches out of the zone when we had bases loaded and no outs. Don’t care if he’s a rookie, that’s 100% unacceptable. And shame on the coaching staff if they haven’t taught these guys to be much more disciplined when the opposing pitcher is in a massive bind. Just mind-boggling that Oscar & Elvis both went to at-bat with such a shitty approach in such a hitter friendly situation.
