We all need something to happen or we are going to fall off the ledge. Rumors and lack of news are driving us crazy. Stay strong Hahn and hold out for right deal. I want the one premium prospect and hope the Yankees ultimately land Q. Stay safe if you are affected by this ice storm.

I am not enamored with the Astros prospects. My hope is that Hahn holds out for one of the Yankees elite prospects.

Hahn received some nice players but was hoping for more due to the fact that Sale is signed for three seasons.

Love this thread, go for it instead of the rebuild. Starting pitching is too much of commodity to trade for underwhelming offers. Go buy a CF, Catcher, and others.

Robin Ventura really wanted the Sox to draft Giolito as well, for that reason alone this potential trade should not happen!

I still do not believe the Chairman is going to allow a rebuild. Sale might be traded, but then we are going to be told that the Sox are in a much better position to compete now with the players Hahn gets in return. I truly believe this is a smoke screen.

What is Saladino's status? I have read numerous conflicting reports. Some reports say that he is hurt and could miss most of next year and then today's Trib says he might be an option to be the Opening Day 2B. Any clue? While realizing this question is not part of the rebuild process, I am curious.
