Let the man do his job

Just because Benintendi's contract exists doesn't mean you should sign another old player, with a reputation as a hot head (culture!!!) when you're in rebuilding mode. Getz's moves get to be judged based on his merit, not KW/Hahn.

Pray for the souls of everyone in his fantasy league.

So did Barfield recommend Fletcher? If so, well...

Will Caitlin Clark score more points in this game than the Sox in the month of April?

I once used flex seal spray as improvised soles on a Halloween costume. That s%*# worked. Phil Swift for GM.

I feel like if Vaughn is ever going to discover himself, it would be now, when it would be utterly futile.

Look man, at this point the memes write themselves.

lmao

What about a Dominic Fletcher profile???

I'm talking post-JR White Sox.

Nah, this is all still Moncada/Eloy/Colas' fault for not being part of the Clubhouse Culture ™️ that Chris Getz fixed. Cause Garfein has the gall to put out a podcast titled "how Chris Getz fixed the clubhouse" on March 22nd.

See, here's where I am. Prior to part way through last year, I was the eternal optimist. Once KW and Hahn were fired I figured things might turn around, because JR only makes moves when embarrassed. Then this fucker and then the water cooler jug replacement gang have been trying to gaslight us all off-season into believing that Getz isn't a screw up that yes-manned his way into a job and is actually a wunderkind assembling a beautiful roster. That this rebuild will be different. Instead, this rebuild has the vision built on... David Eckstein and the early 2010s Royals. After hearing about how bad Yaz was and how awful he was for culture, I guess, Martin Maldonado being demonstrably worse is hilarious. If they're gonna be bad, I'm gonna have fun watching Chris Getz and Pedro Grifol ensure that they never touch another MLB franchise again.

Yup! I'll add Slow Horses to our watch list. God, I almost want him as interim so his career can end with a Chris Getz-assembled roster and a storm of boos.

Watched one inning, then watched The Afterparty with my wife. Highly recommend.

So when @WestEddysaid a 3 WAR player, was one of those wins for opposing teams?

Maldonado has awoken.

Instead of SoxMath or Kamka giving fun stats, we get "Remember having an offense?"

Martin Maldonado is going to strikeout in solidarity.

Not home, but the fact the MLB app just recommended an Aaron Judge highlight in My Highlights section, which is only White Sox content. It figured I needed something fun to watch.

I see that Getz is an avid Wu-Tang fan

Yeah disagree with James all you want. Implying he's paid is ridiculous.

Technically you have to get outs to get an 11.57 ERA

Shaw (or any of the old dudes in the pen) and Sheets (because we already have four outfielders, so either Sheets serves no role or there is no point to call up Grossman). Getz is making moves that a GM makes in MLB: The Show because he recognizes names.

But how else will the Sox pay for Kevin Pillar or Martin Maldonado, two very necessary players for a rebuilding team?
