This is good. At least they're looking at other options. By the trade deadline all we should really need is a LH DH platoon hitter and a RH SP. Use that LaRoche money to get a #3 starter (If Gonzalez is Gonzalez of late) and we should be set.

Good thing he has 150 more games to figure something out right? This is his first time seeing most of these pitchers around the league, give him a month at least. The only numbers that matter right now are the W/L on the team record and I think 8-4 might be the best 12 games stretch of any Sox team in the past 5 years (almost not joking)

This team just looks like it has confidence, that's something I haven't seen out of the Sox in awhile. Once Frazier heats up with the bat we could see these guys really scare some opposing rotations. Also, for the amazing amount of Avi hate I had last year and this offseason, I will be the first to admit that he is definitely putting together better at bats. The fact that they have him DH'ing and Eaton dominating RF makes the development of his bat much more palatable. Long story short, I love this team!

Would be nice to see Q put up 7+ innings of 2-3 run ball today. His first outing was not up to the standard he has set for himself.

Did look like a pretty dirty slide, not to mention on the wrong guy, we need Semien playing the field these next 3 days so we can continue to score.
