I agree with Tony here. The Sox beat up on garbage ass teams most of the year. They simply did not get it done against quality opponents. I'd imagine the offensive numbers are inflated due to the horrible AL Central.

There is absolutely no way this team can keep Kimbrel. Who the hell is going to trade for him? The guy has negative value with that contract atm.

No way I sell low on him after this year. The guy had a big time injury. He still has 40 hr potential. Give him an offseason to get right.

The team doesn't have the money to go big at both spots while signing relievers. Grab Conforto and call it a day.

IMO Ozzie is a great manager for when you have the pieces to win. He's not a great manager during a rebuild. Next season would be PERFECT for him.

This is where I'm at. He was rushed and it was frustrating to watch. Some seasoning in AA or AAA would have done him well. He still has huge offensive potential.

Relievers are volatile yo. That's why trading so much for Kimbrel despite his shitty recent track record was stupid. Heuer could bounce back next year and be solid again.
