It almost feels like Phase 3 could've started a week or two ago, and at this rate, Phase 4 should be in the near future rather than in July/August

To be fair, Warren is (in typical fashion) changing her views to align more with Biden's, so you never know

Why not both? My main concern is that allowing for loopholes where the super wealthy get to avoid prison time, while non-violent offenders remain locked up, is just very inconsistent and unfair to the latter

I couldn't disagree more. Without consequences, it's very likely (IMO) that they will try again. Especially when it comes to white collar crime like this

I can't believe this is still a thing. This thread, which was once a refuge from the craziness and conspiracies on basically any other public forum, has gotten hard to read ever since more people started taking Greg's bait and the False Equivalence Army came out of the woodwork... but even then, I can't believe that the latter is still arguing for that drug even after it was revealed weeks ago that the whole thing was just another profit scheme masquerading as health care (obviously, in addition to the drug not even working)
