Dumb question. Why is a pitcher credited with a walk when they intentionally walk a batter ( i.e.Duke). A batter is not credited with an out when they sacrifice.

But why not let him stay home and send another White Sox pitcher to tha game?? Robertson would have pitched for example. I bet Sale really wanted to pitch once he got there.
