I am not sure Acuna’s upside is high enough to give him a lot of run if he sucks on both sides of the ball. I always felt he was overrated as a prospect just because he was consistently young for the level. I hope I am wrong, but I don’t think he has the impact to warrant unlimited run.

This team is hitting like .115 with RISP and even less against bullpens.

Seems like the Sox can’t get a clean inning out of their bullpen let alone a shutdown game.

Eh, IMHO, he’s a good defender who hasn’t been horrible at the plate. He’s a good 4th/5th OF who is just getting overexposed.

It is the rare game where you score a run in the first inning and then feel less confident about the game, not more confident. Not scoring again there does not bode well.

Done after 5IP and only 57 pitches. Don't know their plan, but at the rate he was going, he could have had a CG.

I gotta say, the players change but this team consistently destroys all interest every year before Tax Day. That's not easy.

Extremely happy for Soroka. He seems like an awesome guy who has been to Hell and back.
