Yeah I think I did stumble across Frazier hitting over 40 in a season with us recently and was shocked. Has to be him. It's not Abreu so the rest are slim pickings since Frazier (or Dunn in 2012 for that matter.)

Unfortunately for you, it sure seems like he will be back. If they don't sign Encarnacion to DH, he's probably the best option. As long as he is mostly DH'ing and out of the third spot and signs for cheap, I'm good with him coming back.

That's a signing bonus so yes, he would count. As it does college/high school draftees who sign a bomus. Hes still earning a league minimum salary.
