Let's just get rid of everyone. Whole front office, entire coaching staff (literally every team gets lucky on developing pitchers who struggled with other teams. Cooper isn't God.)

I think Jason will get better with experience. It's his first full season. And a half season at that.

If it still looks bleak a year from now, start trading Sale, Quintana, Eaton, hopefully a better Abreu, Frazier, Lawrie, Robertson, Melky, and other potential pieces brought in during the span and get a bunch of young talent back mid 17 through the off-season.

It's a strategy to help build your team for success. Not everyone can dump hundreds of millions of dollars on free agents every year.
