I'm all for giving LaRussa one of those "ambassador" spots to get him out of the dugout but the problem is those ambassadors are people that are actually liked by White Sox fans.

They had the perfect opportunity to move on when 2 well respected managers in Girardi and Maddon were let go. Just like them, the Sox could've said it just wasn't working out. Now my gut tells me they will use the injury excuse to let LaRussa finish his contract next year.He is a great veteran-ish clubhouse presence.
