Sox at Guards Jo Noah was right about Cleveland game thread 7/2
It was the proper send. Two outs and he was thrown out by back to back perfect throws.

Sox at Guards Jo Noah was right about Cleveland game thread 7/2
I swear, if we could bat against our own defense we'd have about 7 more runs in the last two games alone.

6/30 Sox vs. Rocks 1:10 PM
watching the rockies on defense today must be like watching the white sox in the 50s-60s. every time they make the exceptional look ordinary.

6/27 Games
he sure gets up to speed fast for an 18 year old. strike outs are way down too. sox might really have something here.

Latest attendance check...
1977 was the best baseball year of my life. Left on family vacation in early August and completely missed the collapse. Met a girl named Maureen Schwind and totally forgot about the Sox until we got home. Heck of a summer.:)

Crochet DeJong Fedde Vaughn Pillar listed among Top 13 trade candidates at MLB.com
They better not discount on Fedde. It's been half a season now. He's still pitching very well. I think he brings one excellent top 30 prospect and a 100-150ish back in trade. The thing is, he actually looks like a real pitcher on game day. He's not lucking out or dodging bullets. Other teams scouts are seeing the same thing. If no one wants to pony up, I'd be very surprised.

2025 Potential Manager Candidates
David Ross. The Cubs version of Rich Rentaria. Respected, players like to play forhim. Also a much better in game manager than Rentaria.

6/20 - Houston Cloud Column vs. Chicago Bean 1:10 pm
It's just time to clean house with this pen. Tell me how Adler, Hoopi Mason Adams and Ky Bush could possibly do worse. Honestly, it might put the fear of God into some of our position players if they did it. If we had the 20th best bullpen in the league instead of these chokers, we would have 10 more wins. F#%k these losers.

How much is a guy like Fedde worth in a trade?
they already are.

Padres into Garret Crochet
1970 White Sox 56-106. 1972 White Sox 87-67. Second best record in AL. Whipped World Series winner A's in season series. Were really one player away from winning division over A's. Bill Melton Fell off a ladder doing home maintenance. went from 33 homers 96 ribbies in 1971 to 7 and 30 in age 27 season 1972. Don't always think there is no hope for the near future. With Noah Schultz and Grant Taylor in the minors, Sox really could have the best Big 3 in the majors in 2026. Crochet, Schultz and Taylor could dominate any short series. I know we suck. I'm not blind. The fact is 2 years in MLB is a lifetime.

White Sox 4 HR Winner !
Nice to see AV continue hitting. Saw somewhere he quit worrying and relaxed a bit. He'll never be a star, but a normal Vaughn at least isn't a problem.

Story on Sox trade possibilities...
I meant his asking price in a trade. Of course, if JR sold the team maybe we could have nice things and extend his contract.

Game thread? 6/13 Game thread.
Sox have 5-6 guys in the minors who could be league average bullpen arms next year. Thats why we may not lose 100 in 2025. Baby steps people.

20 more posts than this team deserves. I only really love one team. I'm in a bad place tonight.

6/13 Games
Just gotta say it. We're horrible from top to bottom. The greatest line in any movie ever was "I hope you die" from the vastly underrated film 'Forget Paris'. Look it up on youtube. Is it wrong to think this about our beloved owner?

Story on Sox trade possibilities...
I honestly think trading Crochet now would be a big mistake. Watching him pitch it's easy to spot his enormous talent. Next July his asking price could be triple what it is today. If he does get hurt again that;s the way the cookie crumbles.
