This is basically guaranteed at this point isn't it?
Just need to go 32-33 to lose 90. I don't think they can play that well, especially after the trade deadline.
Would need to play .631 to get to .500. Impossible.
Who's crying? Just asked a simple question about a basic feature that used to exist and now is inexplicably disabled for some users. If you don't have an answer you don't have an answer.
Sorry to ask the question. Moving on.
I don’t think anybody said Burger was the answer, just better than Moncada.
Also Burger has 21 home runs this year. Moncada has 29 for the last three years combined.
Burger > Moncada.
Burger’s OPS during his awful slump slump since his peak in May is still what Moncada has been for the entire season.
Use Burger. Stick Moncada at second if he has to play.
Reinsdorf always lucked into things, and it was dumb luck, not creating your own.
Jordan, Jackson, Skiles was a good coach, Thibs. They did not find these guys on purpose.
It is funny how far we’ve come from people assuring me credible managers like Girardi (before he became a disaster) would want to manage the Sox? Now it’s universally accepted and we’re like “Ozzie is the only one besides Grifol who would take the job.”
