    They compete. That's what having offensive talent will do for you. Compete and be dangerous. Going to be some real ugly losses throughout the year with the pitching inconsistency but their offense is what separates them from the other really bad teams who have bad pitching and bad offense.

    Let's hope the plan is to keep Jay on the IL all year so that he doesn't steal at bats from the youngsters. 

    Tilson may never be a starter when/if the team competes but he has a spot as a bench guy imo
