@Jack Parkman I think you and i were a bit quick to judge Eloy yesterday. i felt the same way as you, though.

If Abreu can continue to do that.. you know... trust his protection behind him, he'll be a much better hitter. Take your walks and trust your teammates. Having Eloy behind you instead of Encarnacion helps too.

Moncada's in a slump and he still puts together professional at bats at least somewhat consistently.  Eloy doesn't. That's the difference.

Only a low IQ would lead anybody to call Eloy Jimenez a “bust” at this point in his career.  SMH

No. Moncada's in a slump and he still puts together a professional PA 50% of the time. Eloy doesn't. That's the difference. 

I can't complain about Moncada's slump as much as Eloy because Moncada still works the pitcher and walks every now and then. Eloy just puts together crap PAs.
