This one is on Ricky.  Absolutely ridiculous that Burdi was in that long.

Just baffling.

This offense with 3 innings  won’t do anything else?

Dude its the same shit around here.

Burdi obviously struggling.  The pitches are on him.  But he shouldn’t have still been in.

How the fuck does Detwiler, who hasn't given up a run all year, not pitch until the game is basically over?

Cuz your manager Ricky...

I will say nobody even warming up is just terrible managing.

Hey guys don't worry. It's a development moment. Right?

Who allows these guys to come into a game with such terrible mechanics ?

What do they think is likely to happen ?

This is what gets revealed when the Sox don't hit a minimum of 5 homers.

He’s done this 3 times in a week and 2 of the 3 has come back to bite him

It’s like he’s not even watching the game to see how the pitcher looks. He gets an idea of usage in mind and refuses to adjust.

Hope you feel vindicated after quitting due to being down one with a 1/3 of the game left!

He said that 2 minutes before your comment almost to the letter on the KC broadcast :)

Has happened repeatedly already during this short season. If it continues into the playoffs, it could cost them a series.

player development right?

When a single reliever turns a 1 run lead into a four run deficit it’s on the reliever...but it’s mostly on the manager

And the inning still isn’t over

Maybe Ricky doesn't understand the rule and thinks that you cannot get anyone up in the bullpen until you face 3 hitters?

Development, gotta pitch at some point, right?

See you mock me tony, but there's no development of a high leverage reliever.

Not my fault you cant seperste a young starter building upsl strength and innings from a high leverage releiver.

When you are facing one batter too long, it goes past that.

Mechanics don't matter if they throw hard.
