I have no idea what you just said but maybe it's funny.

  • Wow. What a different take then during the draft. Everyone was freaking out that KW was going to be an idiot and over rule everyone and take him.  Along with the relief when he didn't

  • Squirmin' for Yermin

Having Singer would mean no Madrigal... pass.

For a split second I saw that going down the RF line. Whew.

I am still watching the game live...

Gettin real sick of Colome burying his cutter in the dirt.

He isn't suppose to be throwing 30 pitches let alone 40. I wouldnt expect him to have good stuff at that point.

Colome is the one of the most ridiculous closers I think I’ve ever seen. He really does almost never blow a game but it literally seems like he’s blowing it every single time.

So our closer had 40 pitches and Cishek was warming up. ?‍♂

We'll only go as far as the bullpen help Hahn got us at the deadline takes us.

Oh wait...

Here for the Colome Rentería takes.

For once I think that was some terrible managing.  And I’m easier on Ricky than most.  He just threw half a start

Sox need a laugher tomorrow after that inning.  Yikes.

I don’t think those are allowed against the Royals

Colome is like Cody Parkey. You might win in spite of him, but he’s going to cost you when it matters most...

Yeah the Sox have been winning despite his 0.68 ERA coming into tonight.

The Royals never give up against us. Our last few wins have been huge pains in the ass.

Those pesky bastards never make it easy.

The bullpen situation is going to be really interesting tomorrow. We better pray that Giolito goes at least 6 or 7 strong innings

Even when the Royals suck they are still my least favorite divisional rival. I don't even dislike the Indians or Tigers, just want to beat them. I used to feel the same way about the Twins, but I've started to dislike them in the last year. Something about the Royals, they always seem to be a bunch of pricks.

Yeah, keep using ERA to evaluate relief pitching, closer or not. He’s walks a tight rope seemingly every other appearance. He’s gotten out of it most nights. Magic only lasts so long...

It's been lasting for years. He's gotten the job done since he put on a Sox uniform.  His whip was around 0.85 a couple nights ago. Hard to blow games when you give up one run in 13.2 innings. He has given up 2 homeruns in more than 75 innings with the Sox. Claiming the Sox are winning in spite of him is LUDICROUS. Sox infield had to put up a clown show for him to blow a game. Maybe we can clone Mariano Rivera and make you happy.
