These announcers are one of the main reasons people don't get into baseball. What a boring call for Abreu's 1st postseason homerun.

Entire broadcast sucks.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

Eloy better at least DH tomorrow. McCann has taken EE's shitty ABs torch

He usually puts up good at-bats, too. Strange.

Nice start for Sox

I trust Giolito, but please score a couple more.

At least Jose drove Timmy in before McCann.

Dude was more excited about Lamb's foul ball earlier.

Just curious...what did you want from a national broadcast homer call?

They showed the broadcasters at the start of the game.  They are in different states and the woman looks like she is sitting in her bedroom.

For the playoffs can we not at least get some damn announcers to sit in the press box?  They're beyond horrendous and sound like they don't want to be here.

The strike zone box is very low

If he's gonna call the high strike that's going to help Gio a helluva lot.

C'mon Gio, throw strikes

Mendoza thinks Jose's influence is understated.  More lol.

How often do you think anyone outside of Chicago reads about Jose Abreu?

well at least he's consistently calling that high fast ball.

Some hard hit balls in the outfield so far. Glad we've got our best defense out there.

Why isn't anyone commenting on the announcers in here?

Valentin throws that ball over Abreu’s head

Nice play tim.  In the past he would tend to round those off and throw on the run.  Good job catching it under the bill and squaring.

PTSD nightmares right there

National football broadcasts still manage to get excited for big plays for both sides. I'd like to see them call homeruns and strike outs as if the team doing it was the home team they are broadcasting for, personally.
