October 12, 20205 yr In my opinion you should'nt have a manager who has a backstory/baggage coming into the situation that dominates the storylines. If that's the case, pick someone else. It's just managing .... aka using stats and psychology. there are plenty of candidates, i'd prefer to stay away from the ozzie & gang (headline guys from last year).
