its frustrating watching teams with good discipline play against us, this would have been a 10 pitch inning with 2ks if foster was going against us

Well he has to learn the new game.  The game he managed was 12 years ago.  They did things different back then.  Lots of new fangled technology and rules to get in his noggin.  Plus all of those stats are having a hard time coming up on his Nokia Flip.  

Foster regularly seems to lose in his command in these super high leverage moments.

This ump just continues to suck.
