Garcia really is sucking it up.  It's like he's going up there guessing.  He doesn't have a approach.

Tonight's the last late game for 5 months.

  • Look, Madrigal has been bad. But if you’re already at ‘it’s time to cut bait and bring in ROUGNED ODOR’ you need to step off the ledge.

Remember when you could call Sports Minute to get scores and highlights

312-609-1313.

I give that number out for reward programs.

And now the Dan Libitard show is on instead of White Sox baseball.

Before the game was cut off, Kasper said the Sox are one game away of tying the all time record. with 18 straight against LHP.

Damn Marshall really went from pitching with a lead in the 8th to 2 inning mop up duty in one series.

Leury looking like Brent Lillibridge out there.

I mean, part of that is there really isn't a mop up duty guy in this bullpen.

Happy that Robert didn’t try to make a Superman catch. He looked to wince a bit though.

With this bullpen that's where he belongs.

Marshall had a couple of bad outings so it's nice to see him get right. Jose Ruiz is the only guy in this pen who has no business in high leverage situations.

Marshall’s command is really bad

Eaton's still got a good arm.

The passing of the torch from Konerko to Abreu was seamless but sometimes I think about how we are missing a big chunk of Abreu's prime, and his career numbers don't reflect how good he is. That's like ~6 years of .900 OPS, about 200 homers missing.

Abreu would have made konerko look pedestrian had he had a full career

Nice throw by Eaton

His stuff isn't good enough if he can't throw strikes.

Who's next up for the bullpen....Burdi?

Behind in the count to everyone it seems.  Not enough velocity gap between fastball and change

I think better, but I don't know about pedestrian, I mean Paulie was no Frank Thomas but his career numbers are pretty damn respectable in their own right.

I don't know him...spring training invite?

Come on Marshall.

Wasn't it in Seattle when Jose Paniagua had his epic meltdown?

Whew, don’t get hurt Jose!
