OP apparently used his own time zone instead of Chicago's, though with the rain it could very well be 4:10 before they can get going.

Yes sorry 3:10 start time. I was even thinking of doing Central time zone when I posted and for some reason was still thinking 4:10. I changed it

Have to hope there is no rain delay, forcing him out early. It's colder tomorrow, but less likely for lengthy rain, at least according to the current forecast.
