Yea although too many middle middle heaters is not a recipe for outs either. Still it’s better than command issues, and overall he looks like he can at least throw strikes

I'd love to be able to praise Katz for both games in the DH.

More abt location and sequencing than strikes. Gotta throw strikes early in an AB usually but you have a guy 0-2, avoid middle middle at all costs especially when he’s already seen a fastball there already

Yeah you don't throw fastballs in the zone 0-2. If you do it better not be middle/middle like that pitch to Candelario.
