If this is truly accurate where it's a complete tear, it will depend on where it is. If its in the middle of the muscle, that's bad. If it s towards one of the ends its not so much. We'll know more if they report surgery or not. Either way. it's probably closer to the 3-4 month range.

  • Correct.  But if they aren't even considering surgery than it isn't a bad grade 3 tear. So the likelihood of long term issues is greatly diminished.

That strikes me as something that uh will linger for years

Engel has had what seems like 3 setbacks so far

I suppose we all knew this was coming.

I hope Hahn and company don't try to insult the fans by saying the team is okay with internal options to cover his absence.

Gallo or Bryant type should be added however it’s going to be someone like Nicky Delmonico ?

Gallo is Delmonico so far this year.

Engel 3 weeks away. Setback to square 1. This season man...

Let’s see if Hahn has the balls to make a move

Is there any long term issue with the grade 3 or should he be 100 percent after?

I thought engel was by next week.

Agreed that they should cash in.

They aren't winning anything with Robert out several months.

Even in this AL Central.

Get a good almost MLB ready LHH masher OF if possible for next year if you can.

Lol.  Still the best team in the division by a freaking mile.  What are you smokin?

Cleveland has like 1 pitcher and 1 hitter.

KC there’s just no way that’s more talent

Minnesota?  Please

Why would he?

Don't compound the issue by sacrificing more pieces for nothing.

The only move to make is deal Lynn and Rodon.

Long term impact still ok?

I’d be willing bet on him turning it around versus bringing back another slap hitter

What is he doing that he continues to have issues?

Who knew getting into the playoffs was nothing

Probably is watching Leury and pressing too hard

Feels like when Maggs and Thomas went out around the same time...fucking hell.

They have a 3 months before they would need to decide that. Starting Garcia and Hamilton in the outfield for an extended period would be a joke.

It's iffy. With a guy whose game relies on speed, this could very well be a long term issue.
