Sale was also a fairly (maybe not as much as perceived) more valuable pitcher. And yet the return for Q was arguably better. 
Too bad Dave Cameron decided the Sox blew it and waited too long to trade Quintana. Honestly I’m surprised any Mlb team employs that guy.
