Hoping the Sox don't get swept again by the Astros. The Astros are the best team in the American League this year by a fairly wide margin.

Not a good answer.

like ryan burr maybe? is he hurt?

Other guys have come up from AAA and gotten the job done...why not Reynaldo too!!!

The Astros would demolish us in the playoffs, these games arent close at all

Heuer was the 1st reliever in . Kopech and Crichet cannot pitch in every game either ahead or behind and La Russa prefers to use them when ahead most of the time. He know's we don't have the bats tp cpme from behind that often.

Fair enough, but Ruiz is our worse clutch pitcher, and he just kills any chance of coming back and kills any momentum to start the series. Bring Kopech for one batter with bases loaded.

Goodwin had a nice run

It’s only one bad game tonight and besides who does good against McCullers anyway

Discontinue the city connect jerseys

Thats fine.

They got theirs tonight

We will beat their ass tomorrow and turn this around on them

We can't compete with them so shorthanded. Bergman is out for them but they're still loaded offensively without him, Sox aren't as deep offensively so missing Jimenez, Robert, Grandal and Madrigal hurts us even more.

We can't let our feelings get in the way of a serious discussion that we must have.

Sox cannot be sellers when we have a big post season chance with our starting pitching and Eloy and a robert coming back.

Rey Lo with a scoreless inning, best reliever tonight.

Agree, bad luck on top of being hideous.

Darn...I was hoping for the Platinum Sombrero there.

We would need a great pitching effort from Rodon orLynn to beat the Astros in a game nowadays.

Lopez didn't look too bad, somewhat perplexing how he's been so awful in Charlotte.

Maybe Reylo is related to JLo.

Sox getting their teeth kicked in this weekend is honestly the best thing that can happen. Especially if our 2nd base, RF and relievers suck, it magnifies the problems that Hahn and his patchwork moves have been fully self congratulating themselves with. Make Moves after this embarrassment.

I read h had been pitching better lately.

This pitcher would be better with some chaw.

Who is 100% dominant ? That would be perfection and no one is that. Hope that's not what you are expecting.

The bar was set too high last October.

Right now, he’s closer to Thornton or Marte but the versions where you don’t feel 100% confident like you did earlier in their Sox careers.

His peripherals were never good and now we’re seeing the recession come.  If Bummer can’t figure his shit out soon, then we definitely need two relievers.

We needed 2  already. Do you really trust  Marshall or Heuer or have seen enough of Burr to say he is one of the answers ?

Well, it looks like the Sheets thing is over.

Sheets love has quieted considerably.

It’s embarrassing how many ground balls the team has hit tonight

Just have to ride Burr while he’s not but can’t expect it to continue….see Marshall, Evan.
