We're going to get shut out, by the last place Twins, a day after scoring 3 runs on 2 HRs. So 3 runs, in 16 innings, none in the last 13 innings.

what a bunch of crybabies in here.   TLR crybabies, especially. Grow up, theyre 10 games up in mid august with an important stretch of games coming up.

JFC, no. It’s not “crybabyism” to point out a handful of ridiculously easy decisions a child could have made that our manager didn’t in either game. Those decisions put us in a much worse position to

    Now we're getting off topic

Isn't it amazing that a group of guys can be so consistently bad at their profession and still be employed?

Can we somehow just let Ozzie manage the bullpen from the studio room at this point?

Biggest mystery in sports

Matt Foster in...this won't be a one run game soon.

game fully conceded.

Sometimes it costs them, other times it doesn't, but the Sox play every game with 1 hand tied behind their back

It's been that way for decades because of the way this organization is operated. Until that changes what you said will continue to be the case.

Carlos was amped for Thursday. This isn’t a “rest” thing

im worried

Even here....it's a one run game in the 7th and we're throwing the last guy in the pen?

If only we can loan some runs from Monday night.

Roles are so well established that our CY Young Candidate SP went on the shelf today.   There's still a lot of volatility in a pitching staff, no matter the month.

It's still a marathon, not a sprint.   Everyone in the pen will continue to play, like it or not.

Also, Kopech’s established role was to pitch multi innings / spot starts. This one inning cap is a recent phenomenon, solely because Tony is fretting about 4-0 leads, and won’t use his best pitchers in tie games, down one. The FO tried to make the bullpen “Tony Proof” adding Kimbrel and Tepera, but apparently 4-5 solid backend pitchers are not enough to get past the Twins.

Six more outs to hit a two run homer.

Tie game in the 6th, 1 run deficit in the 7th, those aren't high leverage situations according to a Hall of Fame manager

Gotta save everyone for tomorrow!

All of a sudden they can’t beat teams in their own weak-ass division!

Sox are going to win this game. Fuck the Twins bullpen.

We have an off day on Friday. It really doesn't make a ton of sense to not have Hendriks or Kimbrel pitch for nearly a whole week before one of the biggest regular season games of the year.

What a horse bleep game.

Now it’s a ball.

Come on blue, call it the same

3-3 against the Twins, 2-5 against the Royals after the ASB.

Or how about and offense that has scored ZERO !

Some of you guys it's as if you just started watching baseball this year.   We are trailing 1-0, in a bullpen game that they had to plan for this same morning.   7 solid innings by this bullpen.   QUIT THE BITCHING!!!

this is the kind of home plate umping you will see when one catcher can frame and the other cant. When I say cant I mean hes dead last in the league.

Foster - throws uncompetitive breaking ball away.

Collins - points mit at him to say, “keep it there, nice one.”

Sure it does, because MLB rules prohibit them from pitching unless it's the 7th inning or later and the Sox are ahead

because if that isn't the case, then those guys getting (tops) 1.2 IP over a 10 day span wouldn't make any sense at all
