Exactly 100. Probably why it didn't go out. You need 100+ to get it out to center unless you have the most optimal launch angle.

I think unless, he actually threw his belt at an ump, he won't be suspended.  I gather he was pissed at being asked to go back out and do an additional check.  I've seen him comply with checks before just fine.
