April 3, 20224 yr Padres have excess pitching and catching now...doesn’t seem though Sox have anything they’d want besides Vaughn.

April 3, 20224 yr The padres have huge starting depth. Really impressive maybe they dangle one at trade deadline.

April 3, 20224 yr They got a whole lot of nothing for him. White Sox could have beat that offer if they wanted to.

April 3, 20224 yr I am thinking Oakland thinks less of White Sox prospects than even the people who rank them near the bottom. Bassitt or this one withe the prospect capital going back is a no brainer. So it's either that or the Sox are tapped out budget wise.

It seems the Sox could have gotten something done easily in this so maybe it is about the money. I am deeply concerned about the rotation.
