  • Can't vouch for that as I don't remember it but 2 wrongs don't make a right. Everyone should be disciplined for flipping off the fans.

This is a result of our offense sucking. Every game is high leverage when you only score 3 or 4 runs.

If Kuechel gets annihilated to the point of losing his spot in the rotation, I'm still counting it as the 6th win in a row.

Lol takes him out for a rookie?

Tony, Ruiz is good against lefties. I'm not sure I like this.

even if Ruiz blows this you cant fault him. This offense needs to produce.

Not a big fan of taking Ruiz out here

TLR out here playing chess

Is he sacrificing the exchange for positional compensation?

Plawecki the only guy left?

I'm not crazy about Sox lefties. Hopefully this guy won't throw two to the backstop or give up a HR. Me likey Ruiz and Foster. This move may be one too many.

Oh god over managing rickie style.

Hendriks has to be raging internally right now.

Dalbec started, JBJ subbed for him. So he has to hit here. Plawecki is the only other option.

1 more out boys

Well this is interesting

If this backfires TLR is going to get second guessed to death.

Yup, need to score at least 4 runs when the other team has a bullpen day.

I get why they didn’t but man Hendriks would’ve felt so much better here

Yikes…just let Ruiz go.

Amazing managing. You can’t beat a lefty lefty matchup. Checkmate.

This is crucial for the season. a.) a rookie comes in and gets the final out in a huge win. Everybody's happy.

b.) The rookie fails miserably, Sox lose and everybody blames Tony for the loss of winning streak by needlessly making this move.

I don't really like it. You're throwing a rookie into the fire to get a save when Ruiz has demonstrated he can get lefties out. Now Cora has put in Plawecki so you lose the platoon advantage.

This move is...not great. Did you think they'd leave JBJ in vL?

Not a good move.

Maybe TLR giving the rook his tryout to not get sent down. In a one-run game, on the road and in a game we need.

If I were Tony...I'm not sure the risk-reward is worth it lol. But...I'm sure he doesn't care about that.
