After the 1st AB when everything was in on hands and lately that was how they were pitching him . He's also less likely to flail away on the low and away pitches if he thinks he can't reach them.

More walks, a lot of singles, not enough hits with RISP. Robert's homer is the only extra base hit. It's better than the last 2 days, but I don't think we're out of the woods yet.
