Twins win again. They're winning every close game and aren't letting up at all against bad teams.

14-3 in the AL Central.   Sox 7-12.     8 game differential in the standings.

I saw a clip earlier this year where Harper talked about the possibility of signing with the White Sox. He mentioned specific players by name and said it would have been exciting to play with them. He

  • I really wanted the Sox to step up and sign that superstar when they had the chance and instead they did that bullshit dance with Machado and their own fan base.

  • Amazing how Hahn took a team in good shape with their payroll and turned it into this

The division race is obviously far from over, but the Twins might just be a ~95+ win team. There is definitely part of me focusing as much on the WC at this point.

Why bring him.in now?  Did drunk Tony think it was still a ball game to start the 4th?

Does it really matter ?

That right there is how division championships are won. Not ideal.

Just don't know what to say anymore.

It could be a lot worse… shockingly.

Btw, coming into today, Twins schedule is only barely (.489 vs .482) harder the rest of the way

Thanks ron

They really should be the no doubt favorites right now

They're going to do a death cross tonight, lol.   Entering the day, Sox still the favorites.  Didn't double check against 538.com/Nate Silver.

Sox need to really pick it up and also hope the AL East just beats up each other.  Also it wouldn’t hurt if the Angels act like previous years and choke.

I know this game is over, but fucking do something Grandal

Abreu hopefully heating up.

He's gonna have to carry this offense again if we plan to compete.

Sox need to beat the Twinkies in their head to head matchups at this point

These projections are being propped up by the Sox getting best catcher in baseball production from Yaz going forward. It's difficult for me to have any confidence in that happening, and I've probably been the biggest Yaz defender (or at least amongst them, certainly) on this forum the last 2 years.

So much for that deal remaining a feather in Hahn's cap...

We're back to discussion the extensions for Robert and Anderson as the only good moves.    (I guess Cueto and Kelly/Graveman have been a mixed bag of late.)

LMFAO 16-3

I'm OK with getting rid of Tony. That is all.

This team is a mediocre mess. Losing like this at home is a total and utter embarrassment. So Leury to pitch one or two innings?

I’d get rid of Hahn first in all honesty

That’s just amazing. Fire everyone :)

been saying this for years, nothing will change until a complete organizational tear down happens

Yankees needed to dump Donaldson onto the Covid-19 list to get a huge comeback win.   Well, pretty much expected against BALT...
