Nobody is trading for Moncada so it’s 2B or the bench…or DHing Burger but forcing Vaughn to the outfield.

One way or the other it weakens the defense no matter what option they choose.

A reasonable expectation 

I really with MLB would change the rule that bans a team from using any of their four best relievers before the 7th inning. I feel like that rule is hurting the Sox.
