I'll say there's no chance of that, but I'd love to be wrong. I think he has a job until there's an ownership change.

This is far from a playoff team. The only reason they are in the race for a playoff spot is they play in the worst division in baseball.

As constructed they are a .500 team at best.

I could still see Hahn being fired to keep LaRussa

Letting Abreu walk and reallocating that money to be used on an actual outfielder makes so more sense than trading Vaughn.
