Everyone can’t stay the way current team is constructed. It’s not working, matter of fact it’s failing miserably.

Agreed.  They need a legit RFer, a better 2B, better 3B, better Catcher, a healthy Robert and either an Anderson with his head out of his ass or a new SS.
