Fathom is my favorite poster he really is.  I am sitting in a brain dead focus group/meeting since 1:30 and am following along through this thread to keep it interesting.  Any time Fathom posts I need

He's slower than Konerko. That's saying something.

Is he really?  I doubt it

At least it’s a LHP

Wasn't it 2020 when they had a long run of never losing to a LH starter...?

This team has overall been disappointing on offense, but Webb is pretty good, guys.

He really isn't Konerko and Jim Thome....they should have just walked back to the dugout.

Wade is gonna walk 3 times...

Some strange pitch selection today. Could really use a double play

Yeah, they weren't that good against them last year unless Jake Burger was hitting dingers off them.

Jon Miller making fun of the econd deck being so small and third deck so large comparatively...

3 sliders and then 92 mph fastball to Bonds

Is Cease not calling his own game today?

Was he this unathletic at Cal?

He must have been.  He played very little 3B in high school.

15u travel teams are hesitant to pigeon hole a 5'10 right hander at 1B.

The level of slow he must have been to receive that death sentence (that he overcame) must have been staggering.

Robot umpires please

What's with these SF pitchers?

that 3-1 FB to conforto, beast. 95 with sink..

Not that I remember.  He was always considered a 1B only but I don't remember anyone questioning his athleticism or lack thereof.

Where's all the Conforto fans rooting him on with his .167 average??

Club level is great. Miller used to broadcast for the Orioles, I wonder if he knows the Club Level at Camden Yards and at GRF are almost identical.

Joc killed the ball off Dylan last time.

What's the limit on throwing to first from the C position? i.e. throwing behind the runner

is it bundled into the same amount of times as the pitcher? also is it twice per inning or per batter?

He seemed totally gassed

Cease can't throw strikes

Wow good results!

I see how this is going to go, much like it does a lot for Dylan:

High pitch count means he'll be gone after 5. The offense will still be useless, not adding any runs, and Cease will depart with the slimmest of leads. The bullpen will waste no time in giving that run back to SF, forcing Cease into yet another No Decision.
